Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy is designed to be straightforward while maintaining fair business practices:
Standard Cancellation Terms
- A full refund will be issued if the cancellation is made more than 24 hours before 8:00 AM on the day before the rental start date.
- No refund will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of 8:00 AM on the day before the rental start date.
- The timestamp of your cancellation request will be used to determine eligibility for a refund.
Early Returns
If you choose to return your rented items before the scheduled rental end date:
- No refund or credit will be issued for the unused portion of the rental period.
- This policy exists because the rental fee reserves the items exclusively for your use during the entire rental period.
- We encourage customers to carefully consider their rental duration needs when placing orders.
Refund Processing
- Eligible refunds will be processed using the original. payment method
- Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
