KIDS TROVE TOY DAMAGE POLICY

This Toy Rental Agreement (“Agreement”) is made effective as of the time of reservation (“Effective Date”), by and between Kids Trove (“Lessor”) and the customer (“Borrower”).

DAMAGES POLICY & LATE RETURNS

1. Late Returns

 

  • Items not returned after rental period will be charged at full retail price.
  • Late return fees will be charged to card on file.

2. Damage Policy

  • 50% of retail price charged for damaged items.
  • Full retail price charged for unreturned items.
  • Normal wear and tear excluded.
  • All damage charges will be processed on card on file.
  • Borrower will be notified before processing damage charges.

If a dispute arises regarding this Agreement, Borrower agrees to first attempt resolution directly with Kids Trove through good faith negotiation. If unable to resolve, parties agree to mediation before pursuing legal action.

If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck while the remainder of the Agreement remains in effect.
